Banks are still being urged to speed up compensation to the freight companies affected by the latest banking scandal, interest-rate swap mis-selling. Last year the Financial Services Authority (FSA) revealed "serious failings" in the way these complex hedging products had been sold to thousands of small and medium-sized businesses, including many firms in the transport sector.
